The PARKVIEW Hotel
The Parkview Hotel, as the name suggests, overlooks a park, Robertson Park at the bottom end of Summer Street. The Parkview sits on the corner of Summer and McNamara Streets and boasts a pretty decent eatery. In fact a little more than decent.
Great pub food at some of the better prices in Orange.
Ask for a steak rare... and you'll get it rare.
Havn't taken the plunge on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights, as can't attest to the service, although it always seems to be busy. But having stopped in after work for a mid-week dinner... it passes with flying colours. Dinner starts at 6pm during the week, but we've always popped in a little early to have a drink at the table while waiting.
Best to park in McNamara Street, because any parking is limited in Summer Street.
